Looking for a place to practise complementary therapy in north Shropshire?

My building is well located in central Whitchurch, accessible but quiet. It has a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and offers a well set up space for you to run your practice. It includes a reception area to meet and greet clients and a choice of 2 treatment rooms to offer your therapy.

The both rooms are fully furnished. You are welcome to leave treatment room supplies here.

Before going ahead with a hire agreement, we need to meet to find out if it there is resonance between what you are offering and the ethos of the centre. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing.

• In the back room - electric massage couch, stool, client chair, desk, office chair, trolley, small and large shelving units, floor lamp and 2 salt lamps

• In the front room - sink, portable treatment table, trolley, desk, office chair, client chair, room divider, shelving unit, floor lamp and table lamp

• bathroom with sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet

• reception area with 2 chairs, bookcase, coffee table, books, space for leaflets and business cards and plant

• central heating with radiator in each treatment room

• storage space for treatment room supplies

• access to a kitchenette with kettle, crockery, teas and coffee.

Location

It is a minute away from Whitchurch high street, a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station and 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, which links directly to Shrewsbury, Nantwich, Liverpool and Manchester.

There is a car park a few metres from the building which is 40p per hour, the Smithfield Shopping Centre offers 1 hour free parking a 5 minute walk away, or the Tesco car park is free for 3 hours, 10 minutes walk away.

9am-7pm - £45 (£10 extra up to 9pm)

9am-3pm - £30

3pm-9pm - £30

Evening hire 7.00-10.00pm (available every day in either room) - £20

8-11 days a month - £30 per day

12-15 day per month - £25 per day

16+ - £20 per day

Invoiced for days used at the end of the month
